Fairchild has helped many OEM‘s with this challenge of keeping the cost down while maintaining high-quality sealing systems at low volumes. Fairchild will work with your team from concept to design through development and distribution of your sealing system needs.

Fairchild works with your engineering team to understand the components and system that needs to be sealed and will design the whole sealing system or consult our customers to do the design themselves. During our design process, we will also work with our manufacturing partners to ensure parts are designed for manufacturability. Once the designs are approved between Fairchild, our customer, and factories, we work on a development plan based on customer SOP timing which can include cutting extrusion dies and 3D printing molds to validate the low-cost extrusion prior to the investment in molded tools, then once validated, produced fully PPAP’d parts.
